Present si executive secretary vic rodriguez sa hearing na siyang kumatawan sa office of the president.
Nag-manifest si house majority leader manuel dalipe na ang mabilis na pag-apruba ay tradisyon bilang co-equal branch of government.
Pero nagbanta naman ang house minority group sa pangunguna ni kabataan partylist representative raoul manuel na bubusisiin ang budget ng office of the president pagdating sa plenaryo.
